366 Project

The 366 Project is every four year when I make one new photo a day and share it online. Last time I only shared on Instagram and a little on my blog. I will have to back fill the 2012 project here on candidcameraman.com as I do this 2016 366 Project where I will make both smartphone photos, with various smartphones and DSLR as well as film photos.

The smartphone photos will be shared on @candidcameraman on Instagram and the DSRL and film photos will be shared here on my blog.

I will share my post process and camera settings on both platforms. Now all I have to do is update with the daily photos to fill each and everyday. Some times I will have to back fill the entries due to my work schedule.

I will not only share the photos but will also share photography tips and tricks.

Please subscribe and until I back fill here on candidcameraman.com here is the first smartphone photo I share on Instagram made on January 1st. Now all I have to do is make the January 1st DSLR blog entry.

Explore to get your creativity going. Look where people do not go and find out why, you will be surprised by what you find. There is nothing like it when in a creative rut.

There a couple of ways you can go about it, I recommend planning your outings, find out what is there first and look at Google Map street view, you will be amazed at what people are missing in your area, photography wise. There are tons of opportunities everywhere and more to be found where few others have been before.

This building is located at le promenade de la petite ceinture in Paris, easily accessible simply go to the subway stop Portes de Versaille, exit rue de Vaugirard, the building is located at the corner of Rue de Vaugirard and Rue de Cadix.

All of this to say, and I tend to repeat myself, in order to make something different go where others are not, explore your city.
